When do tickets go on sale?

November 28, 2025 ending October 18, 2025 or when we sell out.

How old do you have to attend the ball?

You must be 18 years old to attend this event. You must be 21 years old to order alcohol at the event.

What is the formal physical invitation?

The formal physical invitation is a momento for you to keep that is mailed to you to kick start the immersive feel of the event. Addresses are requested at the time of check out for your tickets. Please list your current address and ensure everything is spelled correctly to ensure the invite goes to the right place.

*The formal physical invitation is not available as an add on. They will be mailed 4 weeks before the event date.

What is the court gift?

The court gift is a swag gift that contains fun and unique bookish and fantasy inspired gifts for you.

*You will receive your court gift at check-in.

Do you need to select a court in advance?

You do not need to select a court at the time of your ticket purchase. 

Do you need to dress a certain way for each court?

Yes, you should follow the court inspiration when it comes to color schemes if possible. Please view the pinterest board for court inspo.

Do you need to wear a mask?

Yes, you should wear some sort of mask or makeup covering your eyes to match the Masquerade part of this years them.

Is there a dress codes for the different events?

Yes, there are dress codes for the different events.

Friday, Welcome Party - Cocktail Attire - Fantasy inspired if you can.

Saturday, Market - No dress code.

Saturday, Benevolent Ball - Formal fantasy attire (floor length gowns, or formal suits/fantasy attire)

*If you do not adhere to the formal fantasy dress code for the ball you will not be allowed entrance, as to keep the integrity of immersive experience of the ball.

Is there a group ticket price?

There is no group ticket price. All tickets are priced individually.

If I can no longer attend, can I receive a refund or transfer tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer a ticket to someone else, you must send a transfer request here. All transfers are subject to a $15 transfer fee.

Do I have to participate in Early Check-In?

Early Check-In is required, for the Benevolent Ball: Fractured Heavens Masquerade. It will be held the morning of the ball at the Fantasy/Bookish Market Popup event from 9am-3pm or at the Welcome Party if you are attending.

Early Check-In allows the entry process at the ball to go smoother and faster allowing everyone to enjoy the ball as much as possible, even from the very beginning.
